Refunds, disputes and support
The quickest way to get something fixed.
Request a refund
Email us within 48 hours of payment with:
- Your Business ID and Order ID
- Your Paystack payment reference
- Your Mobile Money number for the payout
- A short reason for the request
Do not start a bank chargeback first. It can suspend your account while we investigate.
